Tom Wade joined Afilias as Chief Finance Officer in 2001 with over 20 years of global experience in the Finance industry. Prior to joining Afilias, Tom was the Financial Director of Nua Ltd., an Internet Solutions Company in Dublin, Ireland.

Previously, Tom worked on the Nishimatsu Kumagai Joint Venture in Hong Kong for the HK$7 Billion IMT tunnel project. Tom has also held various financial positions in Australia and Ireland including at the State Government Insurance Commission of South Australia (SGIC), BSS, and Asahi Synthetic Fibers Ltd.

Tom has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (UCD), a Masters of Applied Finance from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia and is a Chartered Management Accountant (UK) and a Certified Practicing Accountant (Australia).
